The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes, along with a willingness to grow within the organization while contributing to effective environmental compliance solutions.
• Generate leads through outbound calling initiatives.
• Communicate and explain waste management and compliance solutions to interested stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate call records, follow ups, and lead tracking systems.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive conversions.
• Address basic organizational queries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Prepare proposals and quotations to support the Business Development team.
• Provide post meeting support to the BD team, including purchase order (PO) / document coordination and data status updates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and follow ups
• Basic understanding of sales / lead generation processes
• 1–2 years of experience
