Operations Executive – EPR Plastic Waste

1) Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and growth-oriented professional with a strong inclination towards sustainability and compliance. The ideal candidate should demonstrate professional experience in the EPR ecosystem, along with a vision to grow within the organization while contributing to impactful environmental compliance solutions.

2)Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end Plastic Waste (EPR) compliance operations
• Develop and apply policy knowledge, including policy analysis and regulatory interpretation
• Track and implement policy updates and ensure alignment across operations
• Manage data reporting as per EPR framework, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
• Coordinate with PIBOs, recyclers, and stakeholders
• Actively engage with organizations and support them in compliance execution
• Provide regular updates to clients on regulatory changes
• Manage portal updates, returns filing, and documentation
• Monitor compliance targets, audits, and timelines
• Support webinar mobilization and awareness initiatives

3)Requirements:

• Basic understanding of Plastic Waste Management Rules / EPR framework
• Experience in documentation, reporting, and portal handling
• Familiarity with SPCB/CPCB coordination processes
• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and structured approach
• 2–5 years of experience
