1)Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and growth-oriented professional with a strong interest in sustainability and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of sales and lead generation processes, along with a willingness to grow within the organization while contributing to effective environmental compliance solutions.

2)Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through outbound calling initiatives
  • Communicate and explain waste management and compliance solutions to interested stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and lead tracking systems
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive conversions
  • Address basic organizational queries and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Prepare proposals and quotations to support the Business Development team
  • Provide post-meeting support to the BD team, including purchase order (PO) / Document coordination and data status updates
  • Drive onboarding for C&D compliance and sustainable waste solutions
  • Engage with Bulk C&D Waste Generators & identify business opportunities in C&D Waste management and recycling

3)Requirements:

  • Understanding of C&D Waste ecosystem and regulatory framework
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience to speak with senior officials
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Consulting & Compliance
