CTE / CTO Regulatory Specialist

1) Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Environmental Compliance Executive with hands-on experience in handling Consent to Establish (CTE) and Consent to Operate (CTO) applications and related environmental regulatory compliance.

2)Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit CTE (Consent to Establish) and CTO (Consent to Operate) applications including new, renewal, and amendment cases.
  • Manage the end-to-end consent application process on MPCB, GPCB, and other SPCB portals.
  • Ensure compliance with Air Act, Water Act, and Hazardous & Other Waste Management Rules.
  • Prepare and review technical documentation such as process details, water balance, emissions, and waste generation data.
  • Coordinate with pollution control boards and stakeholders for approvals and follow-ups.
  • Identify applicable environmental compliance requirements.
  •  ERP policy understanding and regulatory alignment.
  • Conduct compliance audits and gap analysis.
