MRF & Waste Supply Chain Coordinator

1)Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and streamline the waste management supply chain involving aggregators, recyclers, processors, and end users.
• Act as a nodal point between MRF facilities, brand owners, producers, PWPs and regulatory stakeholders.
• Monitor MRF operations including material inflow, segregation efficiency, storage, and dispatch.
• Support traceability, documentation, and data reporting required for EPR and regulatory compliance.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements for material recovery and logistics efficiency.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and third-party verifications related to waste management activities.

2)Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in waste management, recycling, logistics, or supply chain.
• Working knowledge of MRF operations and reverse logistics.
• Familiarity with PWM Rules, EPR, and CPCB/SPCB processes.
• Strong coordination and documentation skills.
